Same Day or Next Day Delivery?

Edith Wilmot is open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday-Saturday. 'Same Day' orders must be received before 2:00pm on the day in question. 'Next/Other Day' orders must be received before 5:30pm on the working day before the day in question. Orders recieved after the relevant cut-off will be processed and the flowers will be sent as requested, but we reserve the right to charge you the difference in p&p.

Example: If an order is received on Monday at 5.45pm for delivery on Tuesday it will count as 'Same Day' delivery, NOT 'Next Day' because we will only be in the office to receive the order the following morning.

If we have to change your delivery option for any reason we will inform you by email and will advise you of any additional charge.

Edith Wilmot Florist or Interflora delivery?

Edith Wilmot delivers to the following post-codes:

BS1, BS2, BS3, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS32, BS34, BS35 (not Thornbury), BS36, BS41 (Long Ashton only),

Depending on delivery availability, we may also go to the following post-codes:

BS4, BS5, BS13, BS16, BS20,and BS48 - Please call to check availability

National flower deliveries and flower deliveries outside of these areas will be forwarded on your behalf through a local Interflora Florist.

Not in?

When a recipient is not in we will try to find a suitable place to store the flowers (out of sight and the elements). If there is no-where suitable we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour. If there is no-where suitable we will take the flowers back to the shop.

In all cases a note will be left through the letter box explaining where the flowers are and with a telephone number should it be necessary to re-arrange delivery.

Standard ('Next/Other Day') Delivery

Your order will be delivered (UK only) anywhere, anytime between 9am and 5.30pm on the day of your choice (not Sundays, Bank Holidays, or the day we process your order). The cost of delivery is included.

Same Day Delivery

Your order will be delivered (UK only) anywhere, anytime between 9am and 5.30pm on the same working day we process your order for an additional £2.

AM Delivery

Your order will be delivered as per our Standard Delivery (UK only) between 9am and 12pm for an additional £3.50.

PM Delivery

Your order will be delivered as per our Standard or Same Day Delivery (UK only) between 12pm and 5pm for an additional £3.50.

Delivery Within 3 Hours

Your order will be delivered as per our Standard or Same-Day Delivery (UK only) within 3 hours of your order being received for an addtional £5.50.

International Delivery

Your order will be delivered internationally for a cost of £3.50. Please advise us of any preferred delivery time, although this cannot be guaranteed.
