Opening times: Mon - Sat 8.30AM - 5.30PM. Deliveries take place within these times. Also see Delivery Information.
We are not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays unless otherwise stated.
None of the information contained within the Edith Wilmot web site affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are committed to protect your privacy while shopping online with Edith Wilmot Florsits. We will use the information that you provide us lawfully (under the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.
When you place an online order the information we collect includes:

- Credit/debit card details
This information is collected so as we can process our order and to contact you if there is a problem. We may contact you in future to inform you of any offers, you may at any time ask to be removed from our mailing list.
Your e-mail address will not be passed onto other traders.
Your personal details will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the Which? Web Trader Code.

We acknowledge complaints immediately and endeavour to settle within two working days if, however, third parties are involved (i.e. Interflora) this may take longer.

Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Some Products may be harmful or poisonous - please contact us if you require further information before submitting an order.
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Prices listed in our website are valid for at least 14 days. Prices for flowers and gifts include VAT for deliveries within the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands, and delivery.
Our prices are dictated by market forces and the what we pay to our suppliers to get the very best quality varies daily. At periods of maximum demand such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothering Sunday this price increases considerably and this should be borne in mind when ordering.
ORDERS / PAYMENT
When completing the order you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
As soon as we receive your submitted order we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.
This site uses Secure Socket Layer technology, all information is encrypted using 128bit encryption before being sent. You can contact the person responsible for security at the address(es) on the contact us page.
Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
CANCELLATION of Non-Perishable Goods
We abide by the new Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, where an order for non perishable items may be cancelled within 8 working days of you receiving the goods.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, cancellation rights can only be claimed if the goods are returned in the same condition in which they arrived at your premises.
You, the customer, must pay the cost of returning the goods. The cost of the goods will be refunded within 30 days, irrespective of as to whether the goods have been returned within 30 days. A deduction may be made from any refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods where they have not been returned as requested by the customer.
CANCELLATION of Perishable Goods.
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date for UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
To amend or cancel your order, please contact Edith Wilmot Florists from 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday using the contact details below.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
